Y-HPC Cluster Construction Workflow
- Build your head node and install Y-HPC.
- From the Y-HPC GUI, select the prefered node image for your target, compute node.
- Customize one or more templates to form unique node personalities.
- Netbuild each compute node.
- The compute nodes reformat, receive the node image, and reboot per the template instructions.
- Configure NFS, NIS, TORQUE and/or MPI as required by your needs.
- Execute your code across the cluster.
